  We came in on a Wednesday night. It was slow, for the most part, but not dead. The waitress was really sweet and helpful. Just the right amount of conversation and attentiveness. We all ordered the babyback ribs with a baked potato and salad. The ribs were crazy yummy, and I couldn't eat the whole 1/2 rack. The salad...meh. Iceberg lettuce and other non-descript veggies....nothing to write home about. The baked potatoes: mine was awesome...perfectly cooked and loaded up. Love it when a restaurant cooks up a fire baked potato. My friends' though, was pretty under cooked and cold in the middle. Still, no worries on the food...we all walked out full with leftovers for the pups.
  2 things though....It seemed like it could re-envision its ambiance(just because it is gearing toward a more family-friendly environment doesn't mean it can't have entertainment, or something one-off a kind about it...it's got great potential)and for the love of God...change up the music! I love Patsy, Merle, J.R. Cash, and Lorretta more than most...but in there, it seemed to drone and whine on...I was like holy crap, Patsy has got to give it a rest!
  Overall..a nice dinner. Would go again.

  Best steaks, potatoes, and fried shrimp in an out-of-the-way, friendly setting. Our favorite bartender as well. This chef knows what he's doing. We don't mind waiting if we sit at a table on a crowded night, but usually, we eat at the bar. Come, relax, and enjoy.
